- Serve as an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Expert/Program Manager for a travel industry client
- Lead and influence executives and organizational leaders through major change initiatives
- Develop and implement OCM plans independently, applying strong knowledge of change management principles
- Function effectively in ambiguous, high-pressure environments with multiple competing priorities
- Present comfortably and confidently to large audiences
- Work remotely, with the expectation of onsite presence in Miami, FL upon conversion (local candidates or those willing to relocate preferred)
- Position is a 6-month no visa sponsorship available
- Minimum 10+ years of OCM experience required
- Participate in video interviews, with anticipated start in approximately 2 weeks
