OCM LEAD – ENTERPRISE PLATFORMS

Job Description:
Location: This position is remote within the US only.  

Role Summary
The OCM Lead is responsible for driving successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. The role develops and executes the change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness activities to ensure business and employee adoption of transformational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Planning

• Define and launch the change management program.
• Develop and maintain the overall OCM strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and persona analysis.
• Lead change impact assessments and mitigation planning.

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

• Create and drive leadership alignment and engagement plans.
• Build relationships with business leaders, HR, IT, and project teams.
• Establish and manage change champion or super-user networks.
• Align change activities with project milestones and business priorities.

Communications

• Develop communication strategies and communication plans.
• Craft key messages and organizational narratives.
• Execute pre-go-live, go-live, and post-go-live communication campaigns.
• Ensure stakeholders understand project impacts and benefits.

Training & Enablement

• Assess training needs.
• Develop training strategy, curriculum, and delivery plans.
• Oversee development of training materials and train-the-trainer programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adoption

Readiness & Adoption

• Conduct change readiness assessments and analytics.
• Establish adoption metrics and monitor organizational readiness.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support hypercare and post-go-live adoption activities.

Program Governance

• Report OCM status, risks, issues, and decisions to leadership.
• Coordinate with PMO, project leads, and vendors.
• Manage OCM deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Organizational Change Management initiatives.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations – including NowAssist and Virtual Agent functions
• Demonstrated expertise in:
  • Change impact assessments
  • Stakeholder analysis
  • Executive communications
  • Training strategy and delivery
  • Organizational readiness assessments
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external consulting partners.

Pay Range: $75.00 – $83.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
