OCM Program Manager - PKI Focused
Location: Southlake, Texas or Phoenix, AZ
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager specializing in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives. This role requires a professional with leadership capabilities, program-level oversight experience, and expertise in PKI, data protection, and cryptography environments. The ideal candidate will be a leader capable of driving alignment across executive stakeholders, managing large-scale OCM strategies, and ensuring successful adoption of technical programs.

Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly communications.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $75.00 to $90.00 per hour. Please note that the exact compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidates experience, qualifications, and location.
