OCM Senior Analyst

Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Analyst to support business process and organizational transitions within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to document process changes, assess organizational impacts, coordinate readiness activities, support communications and training, and drive successful adoption of new operating models.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with stakeholders to facilitate change, create high-quality documentation, and ensure business readiness throughout transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Readiness & Change Support

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand current and future business processes.
  • Document changes to roles, responsibilities, processes, and ownership.
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments across people, processes, and ways of working.
  • Maintain readiness and adoption tracking activities.

Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and coordinate communications explaining organizational changes and business impacts.
  • Prepare leadership communications, FAQs, talking points, and project updates.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions.
  • Support change champion networks and stakeholder engagement activities.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

  • Support training needs analysis and readiness planning.
  • Develop job aids, quick reference guides, process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Coordinate training schedules, attendance tracking, and follow-up activities.
  • Reinforce learning adoption before and after implementation.

Adoption & Change Management

  • Monitor readiness risks, adoption barriers, and resistance themes.
  • Escalate risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support go-live readiness activities and post-implementation adoption efforts.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and provide insights into organizational readiness.

Project Support

  • Maintain change management plans, stakeholder lists, action logs, and status reports.
  • Support workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare executive presentations, meeting materials, and progress updates.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Business Readiness, Training, Communications, Project Coordination, HR Transformation, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting organizational, process, technology, or operating model transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience creating presentations, communications, training materials, and process documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to PROSCI or other Organizational Change Management methodologies.
  • Consulting experience.
  • Experience supporting technology-enabled transformation programs.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and training coordination.
  • Experience within hospitality, travel, reservations, revenue management, customer operations, or similar industries is a plus.
