Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Associate to support large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in stakeholder engagement, change communications, training, organizational readiness, and adoption activities. The candidate should be able to work with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and project stakeholders to support successful transformation and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Organizational Change Management activities across transformation programs.

• Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.

• Perform stakeholder analysis and stakeholder mapping.

• Develop and execute change management and communication plans.

• Create leadership messaging, communication materials, and executive presentations.

• Support the development and coordination of training and adoption plans.

• Track user adoption and measure change outcomes.

• Identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback to improve engagement and adoption.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and change readiness sessions.

• Collaborate with project management, business, technology, and leadership teams.

• Support governance activities, status reporting, and change metrics.

• Manage multiple change management workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, consulting, or related fields.

• Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives.

• Strong experience with:

  • Stakeholder engagement

  • Change communications

  • Training coordination

  • User adoption

  • Organizational readiness

  • Change impact assessments

• Knowledge of Prosci principles and structured OCM methodologies.

• Experience developing communication plans and change strategies.

• Experience tracking adoption and measuring change outcomes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Strong facilitation and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

• Experience in the Cruise and Hospitality industry.

• Experience supporting:
