Daily responsibilities include:
- Promoting safety in the workplace and fostering a culture of health awareness.
- Ensuring precision and efficiency when operating NC grinders.
- Grinding components to exact specifications and interpreting technical blueprints.
- Maintaining machinery, conducting light maintenance, and keeping workspaces organized.
- Setting up and operating machinery with proficiency and using a variety of measuring tools to uphold visual and dimensional standards.
- Engaging in continuous learning to hone skills and maintain product excellence.

To thrive in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED, with experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with grinder lathes and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in basic math, measurement, and blueprint interpretation.
- Keen attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- A drive to learn and develop within the organization.

Preferred candidates will have a Technical Degree and prior manufacturing experience. Must be eligible to work in the U.S., and a passion for precision and quality is crucial.

Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing or walking, and repetitive motions.
