Job Title: ODM Materials Manager
Location: Menlo Park, CA | Seattle, WA | Austin, TX (5 Days Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract

Role Summary:
End-to-end relationship with assigned ODM partners, serving as Client's single point of accountability for material readiness, supply continuity, and production execution across server and infrastructure hardware programs.
This role is responsible for driving MRP alignment, managing CTB (Commit-to-Build) cycles, tracking material availability against build plans, escalating gating components, and ensuring on-time delivery to Client's global data center buildout schedule.
Must have experience managing complex BOMs in a high-volume manufacturing environment, working directly with ODM planning and procurement teams, and translating material risks into actionable recovery plans.
Strong cross-functional coordination skills required, this role interfaces daily with commodity managers, NPI teams, logistics, PO management and engineering to resolve constraints.
Hyperscale or large-scale ODM/EMS experience strongly preferred.
Ability to navigate conflict, drive accountability with external partners, and communicate status concisely to leadership is essential.
