Of Counsel - Labor & Employment Litigation - Remote 

A nationally recognized and well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney at the Of Counsel level to join its expanding practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney who wants to take on sophisticated matters in a flexible, high-performing environment with strong infrastructure and meaningful autonomy. The role involves handling a mix of single-plaintiff employment disputes and complex wage & hour class action litigation, with opportunities to lead matters from intake through resolution. Candidates must be reside in California. 

What You’ll Do

• Manage labor & employment litigation matters from start to finish
• Handle both single-plaintiff cases and wage & hour class actions
• Work closely with partners and clients on strategy and case development
• Advise on employment practices and compliance matters as needed

What They're Looking For

• 8+ years of labor & employment litigation experience
• Strong experience with wage & hour matters
• Experience with FEHA claims and employer-side counseling strongly preferred
• Ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution
• Plaintiff, defense, or mixed background considered
• Active California Bar admission required
• Prior billing experience preferred
