Job Summary
Leads project-level deployment and field integration activities for Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment supporting advanced AI factory and data center infrastructure projects.
Embedded within the project delivery organization, this role will serve as the primary coordination lead between centralized supply chain teams, suppliers, OEMs, general contractors, subcontractors, commissioning teams, and field execution stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of mission-critical infrastructure equipment throughout the construction lifecycle.
The Manager will own project-level OFCI execution activities including local design and code-driven change coordination, inbound logistics oversight, construction sequencing alignment, equipment delivery readiness, site integration, asset tracking, startup coordination, and commissioning support activities.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring equipment deployment activities remain aligned with project schedules, site readiness requirements, commissioning plans, operational standards, and warranty compliance obligations across complex hyperscale infrastructure environments.
The ideal candidate combines strong construction coordination, supply chain execution, field logistics, and mission-critical infrastructure deployment experience with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
OFCI Project Deployment & Construction Coordination
Local Design Coordination & Change Management
Inbound Logistics & Delivery Readiness
Oversee inbound OFCI equipment delivery coordination activities from supplier factories, staging facilities, and logistics providers to project sites
Coordinate delivery readiness activities including:
Delivery scheduling
Site access readiness
Laydown yard coordination
Equipment staging
Rigging and crane coordination
Delivery window management
Monitor inbound shipment status, delivery milestones, and site logistics readiness activities
Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and project stakeholders regarding schedule changes, delivery risks, and deployment impacts
Support temporary storage and buffer inventory coordination activities as required
Asset Control, Receiving & Preservation Management
Coordinate OFCI receiving, inspection, inventory verification, and asset tracking activities
Maintain detailed records related to:
Equipment receipt
Inventory status
Chain-of-custody documentation
Storage conditions
Preservation activities
Damage reporting
Warranty documentation
Coordinate storage conditions, environmental controls, and preservation activities required to maintain equipment integrity and manufacturer warranty compliance
Coordinate maintenance and periodic preservation activities required during staging or storage periods
Support issue escalation, damage claims coordination, and corrective action tracking related to delivered equipment
OEM Startup & Commissioning Support Coordination

Will lift, push or pull objects up to 50Ibs. on an occasional basis.
