Gresham 4 Wheel Drive LLC is a specialized off-road and suspension shop focused on high-quality fabrication, lift kits, drivetrain upgrades, and 4x4 performance. We work on everything from daily drivers to fully built off-road rigs.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated technician with strong skills in fabrication, suspension installation, and drivetrain work. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing 6–8 inch lift kits, performing regearing, and servicing differentials.
Install suspension components, steering upgrades, and drivetrain parts
Inspect vehicles and recommend necessary repairs/upgrades
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years experience in off-road, suspension, or drivetrain work
Strong knowledge of lift kits, axle geometry, and suspension systems
Experience with gear setup (backlash, preload, pattern reading) preferred
Fabrication and welding experience (MIG required, TIG a plus)
Ability to use shop equipment (press, torch, grinders, etc.)
Valid driver’s license
Own tools preferred
Preferred Skills
Experience with 4x4 builds and off-road vehicles
Knowledge of brands like Fox, King, Bilstein, etc.
Ability to diagnose driveline vibrations and noise
Alignment knowledge is a plus
