We are always on the lookout for like minded individuals to add to our ever growing staff. Summary:The Fulfillment Lead assists in supervising the daily functions of our fast pace fulfillment operations by meeting daily customer/client demands. They are responsible for keeping up to date on all small carrier changes, regulations and customer needs. Job duties may also include picking, packaging, keeping traceability on all inventory, opening and/or closing the floor daily.Responsibilities:-Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders.-Inspect labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders.-Leading staff and daily activities.-Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.-Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.-Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.-Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.-Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.-Follows and assists in enforcing employee compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, policies, work rules or guidelines, and safety/health regulations.-Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.-Communicating and coordinating with other departments.-Constantly work to improve processes-Make suggestions for productivity improvements-Optimize employee workflow -Train, guide and evaluate new workers-Lift up to 50lbs unassisted-Open/Close the floor.-Other duties as assigned Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Requirements:-Proven work experience as a leader-Highly effective leadership skills and techniques-Knowledge of warehouse software packages and Google Suite proficiency-Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data-Hands-on commitment to getting the job done-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations-Strong organizational and time management skills-Experience working in a FDA compliant facility preferredWe are looking to fill the following shifts:- Monday - Thursday 8p.m-6:30a.m- Friday - Sunday 7p.m-7:30a.m- Friday - Sunday 7a.m. - 7:30 p.mStarting Wage: $21.00 per hour
