KC Mechanical, Vermont’s leading commercial kitchen service company, is looking for an Admin / Dispatcher / Scheduler to join our office team. You'll help coordinate technicians across Northern and Central Vermont, working closely with the rest of our scheduling and parts teams.


If you’ve worked in a call center, customer service desk, or office admin role and want a position with more ownership and real teamwork, this might be the perfect fit.


What You'll Do:

• Schedule service calls and dispatch techs throughout Vermont
  
  
• Answer customer calls and update work orders
  
  
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
  
  
• Communicate daily with technicians, parts managers, and other schedulers
  
  
• Keep things running smoothly and customers informed

• Friendly and clear communicator (phone and email)
  
  
• Able to juggle multiple calls and tasks at once
  
  
• Confident with basic computer systems and scheduling tools
  
  
• Positive, collaborative mindset
