A growing accounting firm is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator to support daily operations and keep the office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including setup of computers and equipment
- Handle scheduling, calendars, emails, and client correspondence
- Maintain office supplies, kitchenette, and vendor relationships
- Support executives and team members with general administrative tasks
- Manage front desk responsibilities, phone calls, and office coordination
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration or office management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and administrative systems
- Bachelors degree preferred
