We're looking for a reliable and focused Office Administrative Assistant to support our growing home service company. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a professional yet friendly presence to every call and task.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments with clarity and professionalism
Follow scripts and processes to ensure efficient call handling—no over-talking needed!
Manage daily administrative tasks such as customer follow-ups, email correspondence, invoicing, and data entry
Stay organized with scheduling, job tracking, and team coordination
Support the field team with dispatching and customer communications
Be available for occasional indoor and outdoor vendor events—flexibility is key!
What We're Looking For:
Strong phone skills: friendly, professional, and direct
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling and CRM software (we'll train you!)
Positive attitude, team player, and quick thinker
Comfortable working in both the office and at events in the community
Previous experience in a service-based business or administrative role preferred
Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm with lunch break, flexible to do events as needed with scheduled notice
