Office Administrative DirectorAct as a strategic partner to firm leadership team. Collaborate with finance, technology, and talent teams to implement solutions and identify opportunities for progress improvement. Manage a team of 10-12 administrative professionals. Lead and manage administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations and productivity. Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with organizational goals. Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for the office. Coordinate with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and organizational growth. Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations in all administrative practices. Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions. Support recruitment, training, and development of administrative personnel. Manage billing concerns and escalations, including being client facing. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management. Familiarity with compliance standards and local regulations. Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Competitive salary range of $215,000 to $250,000 USD annually.
