Office Administrator
Shift: 1st, (8am-5pm)
Pay: $20-$22/hr (Based on experience)

Job Description:
- Receiving and processing customer orders with accurate system entry and routing
- Serving as the main communication point between internal teams and external vendors
- Supporting HR with onboarding paperwork, employee records, and timekeeping
- Managing office supplies, inventory, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
- Processing vendor invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
- Entering weekly payroll data for production staff
- Generating weekly customer invoices and compiling tracker reports
- Filing and organizing job documentation for accuracy and audit readiness
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding order status
- Supporting cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory tracking
- Utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and systems such as DSCS and Navision
- Assisting with special projects and cross-department initiatives
