Summary - Office Administrator & AP/AR Specialist
Provides administrative and operational support to individuals or departments by coordinating a variety of office tasks and functions.
Job Duties - Office Administrator & AP/AR Specialist
- Communicates with vendors and customers
- Data entry
- Knowledge of general office tasks (emails, phones, fax, printer etc.)
- Resourceful, follows policy & procedure, compliance
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Maintains inventory and/or HR related duties upon request
- Customer Service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks
