As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of the business. This position plays a vital role in keeping our office operations running smoothly by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, customer service, and scheduling support.

Responsibilities Include:
- Answer incoming phone calls; respond to customer inquiries
- Assist in coordinating service appointments
- Follow up calls on estimates left with customers
- Prepare cash deposits and print checks
- Prepare weekly reports and monthly statements
- Receive, review, and input customer billing information into work orders
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on complete work orders
- Assist in processing payments, tracking receivables, and tracking payables
- Acquire necessary permits for scheduled projects
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a trades or construction environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent customer services skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
- Familiarity with scheduling or field service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar) a plus
- Valid Notary Public commission in the State of Florida, or willingness to obtain upon hire
