What You'll Do...As our Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our office running efficiently while creating a positive experience for employees, visitors, candidates, and vendors. You'll coordinate meetings and company events, support employee onboarding, manage office supplies and facilities needs, oversee mail and shipments, maintain records and company systems, and provide administrative support to teams across the organization. Every day brings something a little different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes initiative, and keeps the details from falling through the cracks. While most days follow a regular schedule, occasional extended hours may be needed to help prepare for meetings, training sessions, or employee events.
