Join a respected Boston construction team with a strong project pipeline!Job DescriptionManage daily administrative tasks to support the construction department. Coordinate scheduling and maintain calendars for team members. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, professionally and efficiently. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. Maintain and organize office files and records accurately. Oversee supply inventory and place orders to ensure the office is well-stocked. Collaborate with team members to support project-specific needs.
