This position requires a highly-organized, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual to ensure our customers have an excellent experience from start to finish.
Job Duties:
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests in a professional & speedy manner
- Educate the customer on product offerings and specials
- Create daily schedule and dispatch customer calls and return visits
- Ensure that the right technician is dispatched to each job Interact and support technicians in the field
- Manage pending work orders for timely completion
- Thank the customer for the business
Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing
- Able to multi-task
- Self-Starter – able to work independently
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Identify and solve problems in a timely manner
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & QuickBooks
- MUST be DEPENDABLE
- Plumbing industry experience is a plus
- Position hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, MWF.
