ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strive towards a culture of proactive safety.
Point person for various customer inquiries: providing updates and administrative support to our valued customers and sales team.
Receive all guests and visitors and to the facility.
Manage calendars for shared spaces.
Take the lead on event planning for all company events, conferences, and c-suite meetings.
Support President with various administrative functions as requested.
Ensure various supplies located throughout the facility maintain appropriate stocking levels.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail as required.
Provide administrative support to various departments as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree in business administration or relative field of study. Will substitute valuable experience in lieu of.
Outgoing, friendly, and inviting demeanor. Treating each visitor as a valuable guest to our facility.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, to include Outlook calendar management.
Outstanding customer service skillsets - a customer focused mindset.
Professional demeanor with strong business acumen.
Event planning experience.
Familiarity with a complex and dynamic production/manufacturing type environment.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, ability to interface with all layers of the organization.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the work shift.
Ability to frequently use hands and fingers to operate machine controls, tools, and measuring instruments.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and components weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as required to load, unload, and inspect parts and equipment.
Ability to perform repetitive motions involving the hands, wrists, and arms.
Ability to visually inspect parts, interpret and read blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and use gauges, and measuring devices.
Ability to distinguish colors, dimensions, and surface defects when performing quality inspections.
Ability to hear and communicate effectively in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced production setting while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes, and other equipment as required.
