Salary Range: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist with the preparation of documents and presentations.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and answering phones.
- Support the real estate agents with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming.
- Create and manage content for social media channels and email campaigns; distribute daily, weekly, and monthly communications (newsletters, event invites, updates)
- Design flyers, signage, and basic graphics (using Canva or similar platforms)
- Support the team with various projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Proficiency in Canva
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before being asked
