Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth, systems, and daily operations of our faith-based ministry.

Financial & Bookkeeping Management: Manage day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), enter records into QuickBooks, and reconcile donor records using Bloomerang tracking software.
Administrative & Director Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Executive Director, coordinate internal/external leadership meetings, and prepare official correspondence.
Human Resources & Personnel Support: Manage employee personnel files, assist with benefits enrollment, and ensure organizational compliance.
Community & Donor Engagement: Assist with community outreach events, handle donor engagement correspondence, and welcome visitors as the professional face of our organization.
Proven experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or a related administrative role.
Strong proficiency in financial software like QuickBooks and donor databases (experience with Bloomerang is a plus).
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for maintaining physical and electronic recordkeeping systems.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with accountants, vendors, partners, and community members.
