Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support a dynamic IT team.
This role is responsible for a wide range of administrative, coordination, and office operations functions, while also supporting cross-departmental activities including billing, client communication, marketing, HR coordination, and event support.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education
  • High School Diploma required

Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Operations
  • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks
  • Maintain organization, documentation, and office processes
  • Support overall office efficiency and team productivity
Coordination & Cross-Functional Support
  • Assist with:
    • Shipping and receiving
    • Front desk/reception coverage
    • Client communications
  • Coordinate internal team activities and office workflows
Business & Administrative Support
  • Support billing and administrative processes
  • Assist sales and operations teams as needed
  • Maintain records and documentation
Marketing & Communication
  • Support business social media posting (preferred)
  • Assist with basic marketing, design, and communication tasks
  • Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar
HR & Team Support
  • Assist with team event coordination and execution
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related activities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in:
