As a small business, the responsibilities of this job vary, but include the following:
Perform data entry tasks including accounts payable and receivable invoice entry, customer data entry, cash receipt entry, and more.
Answer phones and emails, create sales orders, and communicate important information regarding upcoming jobs with production and delivery staff.
Placing orders for manufacturing and office supplies when necessary. Properly tracking purchase orders.
Requirements:
Proficient computer skills and experience with (or ability to learn) Office 365 (excel, word) and an ERP software (Sage 100 experience is a plus).
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to solve practical problems.
Willingness to learn and work with the team to build more efficient processes.
Ability to accurately calculate figures (discounts, finance charges, etc.).
Flexible, but reliable schedule.
Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service, human resources, and/or bookkeeping recommended, but not required.
