Position: Office Administrator (Contractor)

Location:

This position will be based in our Los Angeles, CA office.

Contract Details:

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Job Description:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment, and ordering new supplies as needed
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports for team members
  • Maintaining office records and filing systems
  • Assisting with HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Providing general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
