Hours: 9am-3pm, M-F
Pay: $24-25/hr (based on experience)
?About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant with Payroll Accounting experience, with strong administrative capabilities to support our daily financial operations and front-office needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- ADP Payroll Processing — Manage weekly/biweekly payroll through ADP with accuracy and compliance.
- Certified Payroll Reporting — Prepare and submit certified payroll reports for applicable projects.
- Prevailing Wage Compliance — Ensure all payroll aligns with prevailing wage requirements and documentation standards.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable — Process invoices, reconcile accounts, manage vendor payments, and track incoming payments.
- QuickBooks Management — Enter transactions, maintain accurate ledgers, and support monthly financial close.
- AIA Billing — Prepare AIA G702/G703 billing forms and track project billing cycles.
- Front Desk Support — Assist with answering phones, directing calls, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- ADP Payroll Experience (required)
- Certified Payroll Experience
- Prevailing Wage Knowledge
- QuickBooks Proficiency
- AIA Billing Experience
- Strong communication skills and comfort handling incoming calls
