Our client in Northern RI is seeking an energetic and reliable Office Administrator for a growing multi-generational corporation with multiple companies. Reporting to the Controller, the role involves bookkeeping (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll), ensuring accurate timecard and time-off tracking, and assisting with financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting. The Office Administrator will collaborate with Department Heads, leadership, and external partners such as Payroll, Legal, and Accounting. Responsibilities include filing, data entry, customer service, and relationship building.
Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, bookkeeping background, and the ability to work onsite daily. Experience with Dealership software, Dealership models, or PayChex is a plus.
