Starting pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00pm to 4:00pm

Location: 10514 Oberrender Rd. Needville, Texas 77461

As an Office Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting multiple departments, and contributing to the professional, supportive, and welcoming environment that defines OPI Houston. Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operations of a behavioral health treatment facility.
  • Maintain office and facility equipment, including timekeeping, telecommunications, and printing systems.
  • Manage petty cash, invoices, and operational records in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor and order clinical, administrative, and facility supplies.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication between clinical staff, patients, families, and outside providers.
  • Assist with compliance, accreditation readiness, documentation management, and audit support.
  • Support risk management, workplace safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with electronic health record (EHR) processes and other operational systems.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role in behavioral health or healthcare required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Technology Proficient: Skilled in using Microsoft Office and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity, familiarity with office equipment and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Hold valid driver license and able to pass state and federal background checks
