Ready for a rewarding opportunity in the Financial Services Industry? ECLARO is looking for an Office Administrator for our client in Raleigh, NC.

Position Overview:
  • The applicant plays a key role in the organization by functioning as the primary office administrative role in the Raleigh office.
  • This person must have an executive/professional appearance, must be self-motivated, punctual and possess a team spirit.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and meet customers
  • Receiving mail and packages
  • Manage conference room bookings via email request
  • Track and follow-through on customer complaints
  • Distribute and obtain signoffs for new hire badges
  • Place break/fix requests via an online order system (facilities or service issues)
  • Maintain and update The Termination list and distribute
  • Place business card and memo pad requests as needed
  • Provide support in the prepping and distribution of electronic mail
  • Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel
  • Incorporate mail service with our national mailroom team
  • Wiped down kitchen counters and coffee bar area
  • Place orders for coffee and office supplies
  • Set up lunch for office meetings
  • Clean out office fridges weekly (every Friday)
  • Wiped out office microwave(s) every Friday.
  • Report any office maintenance issues to Client
  • Involves being able to effectively multi-task and taking on small Ad hoc projects, following through until completion.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Applicant must be a high school graduate with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid work experience, preferably reception experience.
  • Must be self-directed, showing personal accountability, cooperative, and dependable.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Manage Outlook Calendars
  • Skilled with Online Ordering
 
Pay Rate: $22.00/Hour
