The Role
PrideStaff is recruiting for an Office Manager with high-energy to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of an office. In this role, you will be the "glue" that holds our team together, providing administrative support while acting as a primary point of contact for the local staff, global offices, and external partners. What You Will Do
As a key member of the company team, you will handle a diverse range of tasks designed to keep operations running at peak performance:
- Manage office supplies, coordinate shipping logistics, and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks including invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget management.
- Utilize accounting software to generate P&L statements, job costing reports, and purchase orders for management.
- Manage phone calls and emails, greet visitors, and facilitate professional correspondence between internal teams and external contractors.
- Provide general administrative assistance including data entry, report generation, and document preparation to support the executive team.
- Work directly with colleagues in a "team player" capacity, managing the office and coordinating employee events such as birthday celebrations and other team building activities.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of administration experience in a busy, fast-paced department or a manufacturing/production environment.
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software.
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A disciplined approach to time management, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and the resourcefulness to work without close supervision.
