Position: Office Aide (Athletics) - 5.75 hours/day

Qualifications:

Description:

The Office Aide provides administrative, operational, and event support to the athletic department. The role requires strong organizational, communication, customer service, and multitasking skills. The role may require flexible hours to accommodate after school hour events.

Essential Responsibilities:

NOTE: The responsibilities below are not ranked in order of importance.

  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the athletic department.
  • Coordinating athletic schedules, transportation, and event logistics.
  • Supporting game management, ticketing, and event operations.
  • Maintaining athletic records, reports, and department databases.
  • Assisting with financial processes, including deposits, reconciliations, and recordkeeping.
  • Coordinating officials, event workers, and other game-day personnel.
  • Supporting athletic facilities scheduling and usage.
  • Assisting with student recognition programs, awards, and special events.
  • Maintaining communication with coaches, families, transportation providers, officials, and community partners.
  • Supporting compliance, documentation, and other administrative requirements related to athletic programs.
  • Providing customer service and responding to inquiries regarding athletic events and activities.
  • Assisting with payroll-related documentation and operational reporting.
  • Supporting the Athletic Director with special projects and department initiatives.
  • Assisting with home athletic contests and other events as assigned.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director or district administration.
