QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, punctuality, ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Detail oriented and operates with high accuracy
  • Friendly, positive attitude and self-motivated
  • Stable, team player and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Google Workspace apps is a plus
  • Experience making Shopify admin uploads/updates is a plus
  • Modeling experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel 10% of the year
  • Trade Show experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond to phone calls and emails
  • Handle new account inquires/activation
  • Process orders, prepare shipping labels and invoices
  • Handle claims/returns
  • Coordinate show samples, planograms, and sales training materials
  • Schedule and post social media content (IG, FB, Pinterest)
  • Assist with photo/lifestyle shoots for social media and catalogs
  • Cross-train with multiple departments to assist the office manager as needed
  • Other general office duties as assigned
