This isn't your typical office role — it's an opportunity to help build and shape a business from the ground up. As our Office/Production Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of the company, keeping the office running smoothly while coordinating jobs from proposal through completion and making sure every customer receives a seamless, 5-star experience.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love wearing multiple hats, and enjoy being at the center of a growing business — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Manage Office & Production Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, keeping the workspace organized, efficient, and welcoming
  • Coordinate production schedules, job timelines, and crew/installer assignments to keep projects on track
  • Track jobs from sale through completion, proactively flagging delays or issues before they impact the customer
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal coordination across the team
  • Occasionally travel to job sites in your own vehicle to check on progress, meet installers, or resolve issues (mileage reimbursed)
  • Order and track materials as needed to keep projects moving on schedule
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, text, and email
  • Schedule appointments for Design Associates and manage follow-ups on open proposals
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for every customer throughout their project
  • Support and execute local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness
  • Represent the business at home shows and community events (occasional evenings/weekends)
Support Business Growth
  • Update Salesforce daily with job progress and customer information (training provided)
  • Partner with bookkeeping support and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
  • Meet weekly with the Owner to review sales performance, production pipeline, and project status
  • Participate in weekly planning and strategy meetings
  • Help improve processes, identify efficiencies, and take ownership of key administrative and operational functions
  • Contribute ideas that shape the future of the business
What We're Looking For
  • Strong organizational and project-coordination skills; comfortable managing multiple jobs at once
  • Strong communication skills (especially over the phone)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online required
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for occasional job site visits (mileage reimbursed)
  • Experience in flooring, construction, or home improvement is a plus (not required)

Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a locally owned, female-led business
  • Opportunity to grow with a company from the ground up
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment
  • Make a direct impact on production quality, customer experience, and business success
  • Competitive salary + bonus potential + PTO + mileage reimbursement
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
