Job Description:
Responsible for regular customer interactions at front counter within mail center/copy room. Regular duties include: sort, prep and scan incoming mail, process outgoing mail and packages, maintain supply inventory, fulfill customer supply orders, refill supplies throughout customer space, answer phone call and emails, provide excellent customer service in all customer and vendor interactions. Someone who is personable, detail-orientated, organized, accurate, dependable, and willing to learn new processes would be successful in this role. May occasionally cover the loading dock area. Packages weighing up to 50 pounds could require moving/processing.
Parking is FREE.
Dress Code: Business casual- jeans are fine, dress shirt/polo, or plain T shirt is acceptable. No hats, shorts, etc.
