Leading supplier in laser printers and printer parts, located in Chino, CA. We are looking for a self-motivated and dependable full-time Office Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Process daily invoices and shipping labels in an accurate and efficient manner
Assist Purchasing and Accounting Managers in various job duties
Higher level of responsibilities based on performance
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or Associate degree
Proficient with MS Office: Excel and Word
Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm, 10-key
Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail oriented and deadline driven
Working hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Opportunity for growth within the company based on performance. Benefits includes Medical Insurance, 401K, PTO, etc. We look forward to having you join our awesome team!
