Sphirea Plus is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient daily operations and supporting a smooth workflow within our office environment. Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation

  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Support office staff with routine tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications
