This is a CONTINUOUS recruitment for an applicant POOL to fill Part-Time assignments on an as-needed basis. Departments or divisions will refer to the POOL of applications on file to fill temporary assignments as the need arises. Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary

The purpose of this position is to provide clerical and direct support to the Department of Corporate Services. The expectation of this position is to communicate with internal and external entities, provide routine clerical support, assist with grant processing and reporting, setting up and breaking down training rooms and organizing materials needed for upcoming training, accreditations, tours, events and marketing support, as needed.

Please Note: Depending on needs of Department; may be assigned to various campus locations as needed by the business. Reliable transportation is required. Regular work schedule: 19 hours per week. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalency.

Six (6) months office/clerical related experience.

Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Organization and prioritization skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

Some college or a completed degree preferred.

Job Duties

Job Duty

Provide routine clerical support to include making copies, shredding, organizing and binding training and accreditation materials.

Process room reservation requests.

Assist with data entry and grant processing and reporting.

Assist with credit card reconciliation.

Manage office supply inventory and order supplies; other duties as assigned.

Job Duty

Set up training rooms and break down training rooms for next event.

Support key training events as needed by taking photos for client audit binders and or special events.

Job Duty

Organize and secure materials for upcoming training, tours, special events and provide marketing support.

Manage promotional item inventory and ordering.
