Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative

Were looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver a positive, professional customer experience by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers to the right solutions. Youll be the first point of contact and play a key role in building trust and loyalty.

Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls, emails, and/or chats and respond promptly and professionally

Resolve customer questions related to billing, account updates, product/service information, and general support

Document interactions accurately in our systems (CRM/case management)

De-escalate concerns and find solutions that meet customer needs and business guidelines

Follow established workflows, scripts, privacy standards, and compliance requirements

Partner with teammates and other departments to solve more complex issues

Identify common customer pain points and suggest process improvements

1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or office setting preferred)

Strong communication skills (clear, friendly, and professional)

Comfort using multiple systems at once (CRM, email, knowledgebase, phone tools)

Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging conversations

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
