Individual will perform clerical, secretarial, and office duties. Individual will interact with students and staff in person, through email, and over the phone. Position will also include organization and distribution of StrengthsQuest materials to campus students and staff.

Required Qualifications

Seeking applicants with the following skills and abilities: punctual and self starter; customer service oriented; ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines on varied projects; detail oriented; excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work independently; ability to interface effectively with a diverse clientele.

Must be proficient in the use of PC and software applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, Windows 11).

Seeking applicants with the ability to learn new processes and software programs with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

Seeking individuals who are eligible for Federal Work Study.
