Job Overview

CSP Developments Ltd, a dynamic consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses grow and improve their operational efficiency, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role is essential for supporting our consultants and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional value to our clients. You will be a central point of contact, handling a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks in our professional setting.



Responsibilities

* Manage and direct incoming calls and correspondence, including emails and mail.

* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for senior staff.

* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.

* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital records.

* Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.

* Greet and provide general support to visitors and clients in a professional manner.

* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and the processing of expense reports.

* Provide administrative support to our team of consultants to ensure projects run smoothly.

* Ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard of tidiness and professionalism.



Qualifications

* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

* Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, welcoming demeanour.

* A qualification in business administration or a related field would be an advantage.
