Job Title: Office Assistant
Pay: $18 hour 
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Fridays possible during peak season)

As an Office Assistant, you'll support our administrative and accounting functions by keeping our records accurate and up-to-date. You'll work closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, helping us stay organized and efficient.

What You’ll Do
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Processing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions
  • Maintaining inventory records and tracking supplies
  • Performing data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
  • Scanning, filing, and organizing documents
  • Supporting team members with various administrative tasks
  • Generating reports and ensuring data security and integrity

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of office experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Quickbooks is preferred
