Our client is seeking an Office Assistant to provide support to the administrative assistant and/or The Board of Directors to ensure efficient operation of the community.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide basic company information
Maintain filing
Attend meetings, prepare agenda and take accurate meeting minutes
Must be able to print, copy, collate, bind and prepare mailings
Provide new residents documents necessary for homeownership within the community
Update/Issue front gate passes/directory for entrance into the community
Handle all correspondence from the HOA Board to homeowners and vendors, etc.
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, emails and faxes
Performs other tasks related to position as assigned
Run credit/debit card and cash transactions
Familiar with basic accounting practices
JOB KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Microsoft and Google software products
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Bilingual is a plus but not required
Ability to communicate clearly
Ability to use telephone, fax, calculator, personal computer, printer, postage meter, and various office equipment

Pay = $25/hr
