Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: Up to $22/hour

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume setting and can manage both phone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Manage and respond to incoming emails with clear, accurate information
Provide billing support, including answering questions, resolving discrepancies, and processing requests
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing, and documentation updates
Maintain accurate customer records in company systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Deliver a positive, professional customer experience at all times
Qualifications
Prior customer service experience in a high-volume environment preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
