Winterwood, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our property management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in keeping an office organized and running smoothly.
Position Details:
- Location: Parkway Manor - 431 Rogers Road P-2, Lexington, KY 40505
- Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Google for Business or Google Workspace
- Experience operating office equipment (multi-line phones, copier, scanner, fax)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assist where needed
- A stable work history demonstrating reliability
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, including returning calls promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Ensure confidentiality of all resident and company information
- Entering maintenance work orders into the system
- Assist with filing systems and document organization
- Support after-hours emergency call procedures as needed
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the team
- Assist with duties outside their primary responsibilities during busy periods or when supporting team coverage
