We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Assistant to become the operational backbone of our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, loves checklists and deadlines, and takes pride in making sure every deal gets to the closing table smoothly. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Responsibilities: • Communicate with buyers and sellers to coordinate information collection and showings • Schedule closings and confirm funding • Update deal status in CRM • Maintain our Dashboards using Microsoft Office • Organize digital files and documents • Manage calendars and follow-up tasks • Work directly with the owner to assist with daily tasks Qualifications: • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
