Office Assistant – Maintenance Department

We are now Hiring! We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support the Maintenance Manager and maintenance team at our Soledad, California facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.

Pay: Depending on Experience

Schedule: 1st. Shift Mon-Fri

Job Duties
  • Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Manager.
  • Prepare, file, and maintain maintenance records and documentation.
  • Keeping inventory of tools/parts.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Enter and update work orders and maintenance data.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate with vendors and internal departments.
  • Order office and maintenance supplies as needed.
  • Assist with reports, spreadsheets, and data entry.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative or office assistant experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in a maintenance, manufacturing, or agricultural environment is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
