Job Title: Sales & Office Coordinator
Job Category: Full-Time
Contract Location: Marion, IL
Shift: 730am – 4pm Monday through Friday
Similar Positions: Office support, administrative assistant, sales associate, purchasing clerk
Compensation: $17/hr. After 30 days, eligible for 50 cent raise. Additional raise after hired on.
Benefits: Paid holidays, Paid time off
Responsibilities of Sales & Office Coordinator:
- Cash handling
- Computer knowledge - Microsoft and QuickBooks
- Processing orders & materials from customers over the phone or in person
- Answering inbound and outbound calls
- Great customer service experience is a must
- Filing and other office related duties as needed
Requirements of Sales & Office Coordinator:
- Ability to work independently
- Organization and communication is key
- Must have valid driver license
- Must meet requirements of background and drug screening policies
- Ability to learn and be a team player
