Office Assistant

Join our client, a property management company, as a temporary Office Assistant for a 2–3-month role with potential for hire. This is an exciting opportunity to support the onsite Property Manager within a beautiful, developing community offering top-tier amenities. Compensation: $23-$24/hr*

Responsibilities
  • Support the Property Manager by executing daily office tasks with efficiency and professionalism
  • Input data into property management systems while maintaining accuracy
  • Prepare memos, reports, and correspondence using MS Office tools
  • Answer phone inquiries and serve as the first point of contact for tenants
  • Print, file, and organize documents to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage email correspondence and follow up on pending items
  • Scan invoices and enter work orders into relevant systems
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and record minutes effectively
  • Coordinate with vendors and follow up on service requests
  • Handle miscellaneous clerical duties as required in a small office environment

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of office experience, demonstrating reliability and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is a plus (training available if needed)
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to make a positive impression
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
